
Ronald’s career was marked by distinction and leadership. At Thomas A Schutz Company, he led a talented team of designers and modelmakers, creating innovative point-of-purchase displays that won numerous OMA “Outstanding Achievement Awards”. His leadership and vision set a high standard in the industry, earning respect from colleagues and competitors alike. He was a principal at the company. At Schutz he was part of the Executive Committee.
Later in his career, Ronald joined his son Michael at Design Phase Inc., where he continued to shape the world of display design. He contributed to major programs for the Walt Disney Company, a role that allowed him to blend his professional expertise with his personal passion for Disney’s iconic characters. Ronald was especially delighted with drawing and sculpting Mickey Mouse………..
