In June 2025, Coca-Cola and Disney announced a new collaboration called – “Refresh Your Galaxy” – where epic storytelling and the refreshing taste of Coca-Cola transports fans to far away galaxies.

The foundation of the campaign was structured on blending physical collectibles with interactive digital elements that connect fans in real-time technology.

“A cornerstone of Disney’s collaboration with Coca-Cola continues to be creating campaigns in honor of fans,” said Mindy Hamilton, Senior Vice President of Global Marketing Partnerships at The Walt Disney Company. “Star Wars is a powerful cultural force around the world, with millions of fans across generations who carry these stories off the screen and into their lives. This custom campaign is for them and inspired by them.”

The campaign will feature retail POP displays, TV spots, social outreach, and OOH (out-of-home) activations designed to showcase the collectible packaging and AR features that activate digital storytelling.

To celebrate, shoppers can collect 30 limited-edition can and bottle designs, featuring bold new illustrations of characters from across the Star Wars saga:

– Original Taste: Lando Calrissian, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Queen Padmé Amidala, Kylo Ren, Ahsoka Tano, Darth Maul, K-2SO, Boba Fett, Poe Dameron, The Mandalorian AKA Din Djarin, Cassian Andor, General Grievous and Emperor Palpatine

– Zero Sugar: Darth Vader, Yoda, Princess Leia Organa, Anakin Skywalker, Luke Skywalker, Chewbacca, Han Solo, BB-8, C-3PO, R2-D2, Finn, Rey, Grogu, and an Imperial Stormtrooper
