Prestar Packaging was recently awarded first place in the state for “Coolest Thing Made in Virginia”. This was a huge honor for the company as there were over 100 nominees across Virginia. Not only did they win “Coolest Thing Made in Virginia”, but they also took first place in the Packaging & Print Division!
“Some of the competition we were up against were in the fields of high tech, biosciences, aerospace, and the new Virginia Class Nuclear Submarine. There were more that 50,000 votes cast and Prestar received over 15,000 votes! This was for our patented clamshell style Gift Card Boxes with custom popup feature to display the gift card”, said Vice President Craig Chrisman.
